Trust Your Instincts.

I’m not claiming to be SuPerMan but…

You Want:

  • A strategic thinker

  • Someone to challenge assumptions

  • Someone self-directed and disciplined

  • Someone resourceful and confident

  • Someone who has good judgement and knows when to escalate

  • Someone who can deliver solid work, consistently, and on time

That’s me. Rest easy. I am SuPer charged.

I have these important skills too:

  • Chill - Easygoing with a sense of humor that delights in the silly

  • Encouraging - I get a buzz from helping and uplifting others

  • Transparent - Clear direction and active listening ensure that the entire team is aligned and empowered. Also prevents wasted time and resources

  • Diplomatic - Skilled at navigating team dynamics with empathy to move the team along without sacrificing integrity and trust

  • Flexible - Being able to compartmentalize priorities and switch it up when needed creates an agile workflow

I’ve been at this a while and know what’s what. And what I don’t know, I can figure out. Good instincts guide you long before you have a chance to overthink. If what I’ve stated tickles your fancy, let’s get together.

Process

Every project is as unique as you and me, but a disciplined approach provides the opportunity to anticipate needs, resolve conflicts, and find workable solutions. Let’s leave no stone unturned.

Research. Gain insight into client’s challenges, goals, and preferences. Research competitive environment and target market personas.

Research. Spell out the client vision and positioning as well as scope and project requirements. Define contract terms.

Iteration. Concept and versioning in collaboration with team. Review with internal stakeholders. Prepare presentation for client review.

Review. Present and gain feedback from the client regarding any design direction and changes. Number of review rounds are defined in contract.

Refine. Fine tune the chosen direction(s) with client feedback. This may return for client review or move foward for final approval.

Launch. Following final approval, all assets will be given a thorough review prior to finalizing. The project is launched with continued client support as contracted. Working files will be packaged and forwarded to the client or stored.

“ Every company looking for an Art Director that is not only accomplished, but extremely humble and willing to give everything to produce the best possible product for the client, should look no further than Susan. She was a pleasure to work with and would have an immediate impact wherever she goes.”
